AceSix

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the AceSix mobile application ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

The App is operated by Navon Mesh Labs ("we", "us", or "our").

2. Description of the App

AceSix is an educational revision app designed to help students prepare for GCSE and related examinations. The App provides access to:

• Practice questions and quizzes across multiple subjects
• Subject-specific revision content
• Progress tracking tools
• Premium subscription features for full access

3. Subscriptions and Payments

AceSix offers the following auto-renewable subscription plans:

• AceSix Premium Monthly: Billed monthly. Provides full access to all premium features.
• AceSix Premium Annual: Billed once per year. Provides full access to all premium features at a reduced rate.

Billing: Payment will be charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase.

Auto-renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

Cancellation: You can cancel your subscription at any time through your device's App Store or Google Play subscription settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you will retain access until then.

Refunds: Refunds are handled by Apple or Google in accordance with their respective refund policies. We do not process refunds directly.

Price changes: We may change subscription prices at any time. You will be notified before any price change takes effect.

4. Free Trial

Where a free trial is offered, it will begin immediately upon subscription. Any unused portion of a free trial will be forfeited when a subscription is purchased. After the trial period, your subscription will automatically renew at the applicable subscription price.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Copy, modify, or distribute any content from the App without permission
• Attempt to reverse engineer or decompile the App
• Use the App for any unlawful or unauthorised purpose
• Share your account or subscription access with others
• Upload or transmit viruses or malicious code

6. Intellectual Property

All content within AceSix, including but not limited to questions, text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Navon Mesh Labs and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the App for personal, non-commercial educational purposes only.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

AceSix is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that:

• The App will be error-free or uninterrupted
• The content will be 100% accurate or up to date with exam specifications
• The App will meet your specific educational requirements

AceSix is a revision aid and should be used alongside official study materials and guidance from qualified teachers.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Navon Mesh Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to exam results or academic outcomes.

9. Privacy

Your use of AceSix is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand our practices.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes by updating the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
